We are delighted to announce that we have opened a tiny wee micro stall in a corner over at the fabulous SHIRAZ CLUB & MALL. There are some utterly beautiful designers over there, including Virtual Impressions, Bliss Couture, JCNY and Morea Style to name just a few..

And to celebrate this new venture we have altered up one of our existing gowns and given it a sculpted skirt twist ;-)...
we are calling this one the Shiraz Gown, and it's only ONE LINDEN and ONLY available over at the club, on a permanent basis ;-)....

We had such a lovely response regarding our Romana Range, we decided to use it as inspiration and take it to the next level, we are delighted to present our 'VALENTIA SILKS LINGERIE RANGE'.

The Valentia is almost exclusively made out of beads and frills, lots of delicious beads and frills! The bra cups leave the skin entirely exposed with a criss crossing of beadwork throughout. This lingerie outfit is gorgeous for Gorean wear, delightful for daring showgirls, and of course divine just to wear as alluring lingerie for those intimate evenings...

We have finally found a new place to live and have now opened our brand new Seldom Blue Mainstore.
We intend to stay here until the day we die, so please delete all your old landmarks and place this shiny new one in your belts!

We invite you all to come along and visit our new store, and if you look around outside, you will see that we are right next door to the fabulous BODY DOUBLES, so if you do come over, you can also go and get yourself a brand new body to go with all our delicious lingerie! Our new store is smaller than our old one, so we are going to have a selection of RETIREMENT sales in the next few months as we decide what needs to be deleted from the world. To start off, we have decided to close down our Bridal Range. SO...if you want some beautiful bridawear for a fraction of their original price, come on over!
We have also added into the lucky chairs our personal FAVOURITE bridal lingerie, the Giselle, we love it so much, we just want everyone to wear it!

SELDOM BLUE MAINSTORE IS CLOSING DOWN

We have just been told that the ICON SIM is closing down (although the magazines will remain running).
Due to the ICON SIM closing down, the SELDOM BLUE MAINSTORE is also having to close down.
At some point over the next week we will transfer our current hunt item over to our satellite store so that the hunt item can remain active, we will give you more information next week.

We will be closing our doors sometime next week, and we will re-evaluate our position here in Second Life over the summer holidays. If we decide not to carry on in SL we will hold a closing down sale at some point, we will have to see how things go.

We want to thank Sienna Bellios and Potvin Tigerpaw for making us feel so welcome and we have very much enjoyed being a part of the ICON SIM, and we hope that they have every success in their future ventures ;-)

And as for you girls (and guys!), thank you all for your support and your custom, we love you, we really do!.

We have big plans for our daywear room, as it's been looking a bit bare, so we are in the process of designing a whole new range of crop tops, bandeau tops, puffas and accessories!

But for now, we are delighted to present our Brand New daywear release, the JEMIMA JEANS RANGE!

This is our first full jeans design and we're really pleased with the result. The jeans are well creased, with a diamond cross motif on the pockets and they come in a range of colours, with optional sculpty cuffs and even a cute belt (with our new logo on the back!). We hope you like them as much as we enjoy wearing them!

The belted versions are selling for 250L and the non belted versions are selling for 200L.

Hi everyone!

This is just a quick note to say that we are finally on Facebook!
A few of you have been suggesting that we get Seldom Blue there for a while, so we've taken the plunge and done it. Well when I say done it, we are 'trying' to do it but it seems a bit complicated at the moment!

First things first though, if you are on Facebook PLEASE come and find me, invite me to be your friend (because I'm norma no mates at the moment)...and then when I have enough of you (about 25 I think) it means we CAN get a Seldom Blue Facebook page out there!

Quite frankly we're so new at this it hurts, and is it a bit naff to ask for friends? Probably, but we're not above begging (as you can clearly see!)...

Firstly, our Company Brand has now reverted from Eternity Brides & Seldom Blue, back to SELDOM BLUE as part of our new year revamp...so if you got 'ejected' from the old group we hope you have now received our invitation to join the new SELDOM BLUE group and if you haven't joined yet, please do!!!

We are very proud and delighted to announce the Grand Re-Opening of our Mainstore at the wonderfully sexy ICON SIM! We would LOVE you all to come over, see the new layout of the store and update your old landmarks to this new permanent venue!

Thirdly, we have restructured our pricing throughout the store, so you will find mostly everything is now more affordable, most noticeably all our bridal gowns have come down permanently from L1,500 to L700! b) we also have now moved premises and are now delighted to have our mainstore as a permanent feature on the ICON SIM!

We are still unpacking, (there's a LOT of work to be done), and the place is a bit chaotic, but if you want to pop over and take a looky please feel free! (We are also putting out a huge stock of items from Singsong Writer which will be in our Retirement Sale). I'll be sending out a formal notecard release when it's finished, but if you want to have a sneaky shopping spree while its quiet, then come on down!

We are delighted to be taking part in the fabulous Oceane's Island Hunt! Here are details from Oceane's notecard for you ;-)...

This is the moment you have all been waiting for! We are having a Hunt in our little Oceane Village with fantastic items! Santa may be gone, but we still have a New upcoming Year to celebrate so why not with a fantastic makeover?!

Some of you already have seen it: I changed the shop drastically. It's much smaller, we have a second floor, all the items are easier to find because there are no seperate rooms. The Outlet moved to a spot close by the Main store and... we have a new great shop in the Village: Chop Zuey with outstanding glamorous Jewelry.
The other shops participating are Seldom Blue (famous for their fantastic lingerie, dresses and beachwear) Dragon Ladys Closet (gorgeous clothes), Composure poses (great model poses, also for curvy women) Oceane's Outlet and Body Boutique of course (skins, shapes, accessoires) and you could also have a look in KIM (super hot dresses) and iRIGHT. (specialized in very stylish feminine clothes).

I would say, drag your friends, family and your love to Wunderville and start searching for the 15 tiny colorful vases that are hidden everywhere. I am not giving hints but i can say this:

2 are upstairs (enter through the patio in the middle)
6 are downstairs
7 are in the village

You have to look close, put your graphics high because the vases are really small. If you want to know how small just look on the signs everywhere. But you have plenty of time because the Hunt will be until the 15th of january.

All the prices are top quality stuff, so its really worth looking for!

As some of you might know, I have been partnered in this wonderful SL experience by my amazingly creative sister and SL business partner Singsong Writer. Recently however, in a bizarre move I can only attribute to inhaling too much paint thinner, she has pretty much decided to prioritise RL from now on, and is therefore pulling away from SL. Now whilst I support her decision (with my fist in my mouth), it means I really need to take stock of my own position in SL. Do I also prioritise RL? Spend more time doing real life activities?...get more excercise?...maybe do a language course?....Lordy no! I'll hide here for as long as I can possibly manage it!

To that end I am scaling down my store a little and moving on from my beloved Angelheart (thanks for taking care of me Jayson ;-))...

I'll bring you more news in the New Year when everything is completed, but there will probably be a final sale on lots of items, I'll keep you posted...

In the meantime, I never usually do this, but my friend Sienna Bellios recently sent me one of those round robbins, and it was so fun to do, so I did it! (if you want one inworld let me know)...And I thought I'd share it with you, it might make you giggle, if it does, my work here is done...;-))

Hi there girlies, I just had to show you these gorgeous skins I've been wearing, as I've been shooting my final lingerie range for 2010 (they are already in the store if you can't wait, but I'll be sending out my info notecards and blogging about it next week ;-))..

More importantly, have you seen these gorgeous Fhang Candy skins yet?! I've been so chuffed to be wearing Michi Fhangs' gorgeous skins lately, I haven't taken them off! And while she might slap my wrists for doing so, I'm just LOVING mixing up the skins and lip colours between her different ranges, I adore the skin of 'Megan' but utterly go WOOP WOOP!! when I combine it with the Lips of 'Aevana'! In fact I was so delighted by these skins I just had to do a little portrait session wearing them. This is my first serious attempt at portraiture, but I thought you should definitely see these and then hop along to Fhang Candy and get some for yourselves!..

We have been very busy working on our Bridal Floor (Upstairs), and we have some stunning new additions to our ranges, why not pop over and see?!

We have created a new colour in the Kira Bridalwear Gown Range, a soft pastel blue to compliment the baby pink original colour, and we have created 2 simply beautiful bridesmaid dresses to go with the Giselle Bridal Range, in cream and pink, we hope you like them! They come with optional sheer shoulder puffs and smooth satin gloves...(and the jewellery shown is also available at our store). These gorgeous simple dresses are also perfect as evening gowns, they move beautifully on the dancefloor!

Did you know that all of our wedding gowns have demos available, so don't be shy, come and try!

Also, Singsong Writer has been working on creating a beautiful selection of wedding cakes and bouquets for your delight! I just couldn't believe how delicious this was when Oceane showed me, I just HAD to stop everything and put it on my blog so I could share it with you!!!!!

My marvelously talented designer friend Oceane (of Oceane's Body Boutique), together with her very talented friend Xochitl Ninetails, have been going crazy!!!

They had a lot of fun when they were doing this shoot for Oceane's VERY special 'Bubbles soapy skin'. Just take a look at these fantastic photos!!

New Release at Oceane's Skins!

Hi there!

My gorgeous friend Oceane (who owns Oceane's Skins and Body Boutique) has a new skinline out in two fabulous skintones, Peaches. I have had NO time to blog lately, but I saw some fabulous photos showing her skins, taken by a wonderful blogger, Holli Thespian, so I cheekily asked Holly if I could borrow the photos from her FABULOUS blog (http://hollipocketpicks.blogspot.com/) and she kindly agreed!

Even the name of the skin makes me really want some of those sugary peaches in the can lol. Anyhow Peaches is all about shimmery and soft makeups with a hint of freckle love which I find very sweet. There are 11 makeups in all with the option of cleavage (yay) and the bikini zone options Not only can you find skins at the boutique, but there are also eyes and lashes and depending what skin package you decide to get..

Also, I know there are plenty of hunts going on,it is really hard to tackle even half of them and which ones to do even. Oceane's Body Boutique is having a hunt, there are 15 red hearts to seek out with a range of skins, furniture, piercings and even some lingerie! They are marked at 10L a piece which is hardly nothing for what you can get so check out the pics to see a preview of some of the finds!! You also have until Sunday, February 14th at Midnight to get your hearts!!!!

As you may or may not know, my wonderful friend Oceane Grumiaux is a Skin and Body Specialist and she has a fabulous range of skins, bodies shapes (and more) over at her place. Some of her product shots feature our lingerie so we thought it would be a good idea to put all the featured lingerie into one simple vendor, and you can flick through the vendor to pick your faves!

MY SUSPENSION FROM SECOND LIFE STORY

I was recently suspended from Second Life for 5 LONG days. by Linden Labs. I was absolutely horrified, having had no warning that this might happen at all.
Now that my account has been re-activated, I really want to give a breakdown of what happened, so that none of you get into the same difficulties I had. I'm not sure if LL would be happy about me doing this, (another suspension perhaps?) but I'm sure they WOULD be happy for me to mention the rules because I'm not the only one, I'm sure, who has been flaunting them without even realising it.

My RL brother and I both have accounts on SL, he a paid account, mine is a basic account. At that point my brother and I used to log into each others accounts occasionally, for many reasons, the main one being that I was not proficient in several areas of building in SL, so he used to help by setting things up in my name. We trust each other implicitly so it was never a security risk, as we are family.

on 27th Oct I had a technical issue regarding my classified ad, and even my brother couldn't work out the issue. But because I thought I can't send a ticket having only a basic account, I asked him to raise the ticket as we were both stumped, and this is what he said:

"my alt Indigoblue Dagostino set up a classified ad ages ago, but for some reason today it has disappeared in her profile and so now of course if someone does a search ie on weddings or bridal etc, ETERNITY BRIDES & SELDOM BLUE doesnt come up. The land is set to mature, the content of the ad hasnt changed in ages. Can you tell me what's gone wrong? Should she just set up another classified ad? Or is it a SL glitch and she should leave well alone and all will return?

The next day LL sent this back...
"Thank you for contacting Linden Lab Support. I have read through your concern and can only say that I can not provide any information about another account unless we can confirm the account you have mentioned belongs to you. From the information that we have, the information used to register these accounts does not match. I have had to place both of these accounts on hold pending identity confirmation. You should have received a letter in your email giving you instructions on how to confirm your account. If you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to reopen this ticket. I apologize for any inconvenience caused."

From that point on we were both suspended from Second Life.
To cut a VERY long story short, there resulted a flurry of phone calls and emails on my behalf on a daily basis. I sent formal identification to them on day 1 but it took till day 5 to reactivate me. Their final ticket response to explain the suspension looked like this:

"I have reactivated your account after having confirmed your details. Please be aware that account sharing is anyway unacceptable and against the Terms of Service. I understand that in this particular case, this may have been an attempt to gain premium support for a base account by claiming this account belonged to another resident.
In this case, the account was held because the ticket was filed under another name, which claimed ownership over this account (this is a Terms of Service violation if found to be untrue). Holding the account was a safety measure for you as well as us. Third party use of accounts and account transfers are Terms of Service violations, if repeated, could result in account loss: Please note that account registrations are limited per unique person. Using another residents account to gain access to Second Life, associated website(s) or support channels is not acceptable. Residents may not transfer the use of their account to any third party without the prior written consent of Linden Lab. Thank you for your understanding while we resolved this matter."

So THAT was the reason for the suspension. The fact was that my brother asked on my behalf, and they looked at both our account details and saw that they did not match. So it was an immediate suspension. I actually DO understand that they have to be very careful when it comes to checking accounts, and I even understand why they might take it upon themselves to suspend our accounts. But what I did NOT understand was the fact that there was NO indication of timescale on the suspension, no timeline at all, I could've been offline for days, or weeks, or permanently. In their rules it says that they can terminate an account with no notice! People were telling me that it was taking 6 months to simply get replies to their tickets! I didn't know WHAT was going on. My days were fraught as a result of the suspension as you can imagine. I couldn't log in to pay bills, couldn't deal with my 2000 customers, couldn't launch my general releases, couldn't use my online account or even SLX. It was incredibly frustrating.

Now of course I've been re-activated. But now I'm nervous about logging in, scared about doing my launches in case I get suspended again and worried about making any money in case I'm locked out and can't access it anyway. It goes without saying that I won't ever been raising any tickets regarding to my or any other account again, too risky. I also won't be upgrading my account to a paid version. My faith has been absolutely shattered quite honestly, and I feel totally let down.. previous to this experience I could never see my love for Second Life waning, but now it definitely has a finite shelf life for me, simply because I don't trust it as MY Second Life at all. It will always be theirs.
